Personal Data We Process
- Your name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time and message shared in the appointment or contact form
- The dentist and service you select when booking
- Technical data needed for the site to work securely (e.g. a session cookie)
If you write information about your health in the form, it may be special-category personal data. Please do not share health details that are not necessary in the form; details are taken at the examination.

- Receiving, scheduling and confirming your appointment requests
- Contacting you and answering your questions
- Fulfilling legal obligations
Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessary to comply with a legal obligation and, where required, based on your explicit consent.
Transfer and Retention
Your data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations and requests from authorised bodies. It is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and by legislation, and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
